Digital products
All Glyphdatum designs are digital files delivered instantly by download. Because the product can be used as soon as it is delivered, purchases are generally final once the files have been downloaded.
When we do offer a refund or replacement
If a file is corrupted, won't open in your embroidery software or machine, or doesn't match the format/measurements listed on the product page, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will send a corrected file or issue a refund.
What's not covered
Change of mind after a successful download, or incompatibility with a machine/format not listed as supported on the product page before purchase, are not eligible for refund. Please check the supported formats listed on each product page before buying.
How to request one
Email us at amandavalsi36972108@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Refunds are processed through our merchant of record, Paddle.com, back to your original payment method, and may take a few business days to appear.
