What we collect
When you buy a design from Signary, our payment processor collects your name, email address, and payment details in order to process the transaction. We do not collect or store your card details ourselves — that is handled entirely by our merchant of record (see below). We may also receive basic, anonymised website analytics (pages visited, general location by country) to understand how the site is used.
Merchant of record
Checkout and payment are handled by Paddle.com, who act as the merchant of record for all purchases. Paddle processes your payment information under their own privacy policy.
How we use your information
We use your email address to deliver your purchased files, respond to support requests, and — only if you separately opt in — to send occasional updates about new designs. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing us. This applies regardless of where you are located, including rights under Brazil's LGPD and the EU's GDPR where applicable.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the shop grows. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
